Description
For the first time in 120 years, hot air balloons descended on Duluth for Le Festival des Montgolfieres. Maybe there was a reason, the big lake. Balloons were not inflated for Friday evening and Saturday morning. They were inflated, but never left the ground because of a slight breeze from the N.W., that would have sent them over the big lake. Not a direction anyone wanted to risk. There was a beautiful sunrise over the big lake.
